    Halo is described publicly as an integrated, building-wide water leak detection system developed by HALO Protection Systems, LLC.

    Controller: Enco and/or Halo is the “data controller” (or equivalent term) for the Personal Data described in this notice when we determine how and why it is processed.

    Processor: This notice does not apply where we process Personal Data strictly as a “processor” (or service provider) on behalf of a business customer under a written agreement. In those cases, the customer’s notice and instructions apply.
